Reflétant le thème général de l’année 2013 comme l’année du Panafricanisme et de la Renaissance Africaine, nous vous écrivons pour demander à l’Union Africaine de prendre des mesures urgentes pour répondre à la situation dramatique des violations généralisées et systématiques des droits de l’homme en Erythrée, en particulier dans le cadre du sous sous-thème de la commémoration de promouvoir la paix et la sécurité en Afrique.
Reflecting the overall theme of 2013 as the year of Pan-Africanism and African Renaissance, we are writing to call on the African Union to take urgent action to respond to the appalling situation of widespread and systematic human rights violations in Eritrea, especially in light of the commemoration’s sub-theme of promoting peace and security in Africa.
